Avyrex Markets does not hold, and does not claim to hold, authorisation from any financial supervisory authority. Nothing on this site constitutes a representation of licensing, registration or supervision. Should authorisation be granted, the issuing authority, licence number and permitted activities will be published on this page.
Complaints
Complaints can be raised through the Support section of the client area or by email. Each complaint is logged with a reference, acknowledged, investigated and answered in writing, with the full history retained in the audit record.
Order execution policy
Order handling and the factors considered when executing client instructions will be published before live trading is enabled. Until then, all orders are simulated within the clearly labelled demo environment.
Conflicts of interest
Avyrex maintains a conflicts register covering execution arrangements, introducing broker remuneration and staff dealing. Identified conflicts are disclosed or avoided, and the register is reviewed on a scheduled basis.
