Terms of business

These terms govern your use of the Avyrex Markets platform and any account opened with us. By registering you confirm that you accept them.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, act on your own behalf and not be resident in a jurisdiction where use of the platform would breach local law. We may decline or close any account at our discretion where eligibility cannot be established.

Demo and live environments

The demo environment uses virtual funds and simulated execution. Demo results do not represent achievable live results and carry no entitlement to any payment.

Demo and live accounts are held separately. Balances, positions and transaction records are never combined, transferred or offset between them.

Opening a live account does not guarantee access to live trading. Availability depends on verification, jurisdiction, funding and the services available at that time.

Account opening and verification

You must provide accurate, current information during onboarding and notify us promptly of any change. We may request further documentation at any time and may restrict account functionality while verification is outstanding.

Order handling

All orders are instructions to us, not guaranteed transactions. Orders are validated and executed server-side and may be rejected where instrument, margin, risk or permission checks fail.

We may amend margin requirements, leverage limits or instrument availability where market conditions require, including closing positions that breach the applicable close-out level.

Costs and account records

Spread is incorporated in the quoted price. Commission, financing and any adjustment are shown separately in your account records. Every movement of value is retained as an auditable transaction.

Funding

Available deposits and withdrawals are processed only to and from accounts in your own name. We do not accept third-party funding and do not store full card details.

Prohibited conduct

The following will result in restriction, suspension or closure of your account.

  • Abusive trading practices, including exploitation of pricing or platform errors.
  • Providing false information or documents during onboarding.
  • Use of the account by or for a third party.
  • Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where verification fails, where these terms are breached, or where required by law. Where we close an account, remaining entitlements are settled in accordance with the account record.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, for loss arising from market movement, or for failures of third-party providers, connectivity or systems outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date. The governing law and competent courts will be stated here once the operating entity and its jurisdiction are formally established.
